We’re Brian and Leanne Zoeller — husband and wife, parents to Sophia, and founders of The Zoeller Company. After a decade spent building our own real estate portfolio, refining our property management approach, and growing our construction team, we knew by 2023 it was time to offer these same services to clients like you.

Our goal was simple: bring an investor’s mindset to property management, management, and construction, guided by one question — “How would we want this handled if it were our own property?” That’s why our name is on the company. We don’t hide behind something generic. Every service we provide carries the Zoeller name, and we stand behind it proudly.

Of course, we’re only part of the story. The Zoeller Team also includes an incredible group of office professionals, skilled tradespeople, and dedicated laborers — many of whom have been with us for years. Our name may be on the sign, but it’s their hard work, skill, and professionalism that truly define who we are.
