About us

We are Brian and Leanne Zoeller, husband and wife, parents of Sophia, and founders of The Zoeller Company.  After 10 years of experience building our own real estate portfolio, property management process, and construction team, we decided in 2023 it was time to offer the same array of services to clients.  We wanted to bring an investor’s mindset to the property management and construction space with the general operating philosophy of “how would we want this to be done if this was our property?”   We use our name as the company name because we stand behind everything we do.  For us, there is no hiding behind a generic name.  What we offer has our name on it, and we proudly stand behind the services we provide.

In 2024, Troy Garman brought his 20+ years of real estate experience with national brands to The Zoeller Company to serve as broker, and lead sales and leasing agent. Troy brings a client-focused, professional approach to real estate.   He has always believed the best marketing is generated by word-of-mouth referrals that come from providing great service and operating with integrity.

STAFF

We have an incredible team of professional office staff, skilled tradesmen, and hard-working laborers that finish out the Zoeller Team.  Many of these individuals have worked with us for years.  While, our name is on the sign, it is their hard work, skill, and professionalism that make up the heart and soul of our company.
